Your investment goes directly to the AMC from your own bank account. Never write a cheque to a distributor or transfer to an individual.
Nominate on every folio
A registered nominee turns months of legal difficulty into a short claim process. Do it at the time of investment, not later.
Assured returns do not exist
No market-linked product can promise a return. Anyone guaranteeing one on a mutual fund is either mistaken or misleading you — report them.
Read the riskometer
Every scheme carries a riskometer from Low to Very High, updated monthly. It is on the front page of the scheme document for a reason.
Check your CAS every year
A Consolidated Account Statement from CAMS or KFintech shows every folio against your PAN. It is free, and it catches errors early.
