Our vision
That every family we serve understands exactly what they own, why they own it, and what it is working towards — with the risks stated before the returns.

Your rights as an investor
- To be given complete and unambiguous information about any product before you invest.
- To know the commission we earn on any scheme, on request.
- To have your risk profile assessed and recorded before a recommendation is made.
- To invest in direct options instead, without pressure or penalty from us.
- To receive account statements from the AMC and the registrar, independently of us.
- To have your personal information kept confidential and used only as described in our Privacy Policy.
- To complain, and to have that complaint acknowledged, investigated and answered within stated timelines.
- To escalate to SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI or the RBI if we do not resolve your complaint.
- To stop investing through us at any time, and to transfer your folios to another distributor or to direct options.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate and complete information in your KYC and risk profile, and tell us when it changes.
- Read the scheme information document, key information memorandum and policy wording before investing.
- Register a nominee on every folio.
- Deal only through banking channels. Never pay cash, and never transfer to an individual's account.
- Never share your password, PIN or OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from our office.
- Keep your registered mobile number and email current with the AMC, so that alerts reach you.
- Check your account statements and raise any discrepancy promptly.
