Who we are

Money Pathshala is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor holding ARN-000000, operating from PU-4, Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010. Money Pathshala is the trade name under which he carries on that practice.

We distribute regular options of mutual fund schemes. For every investment made through us, we receive commission from the Asset Management Company concerned, paid out of the scheme's expense ratio. You do not pay us a separate fee.

What we are not

To avoid any misunderstanding, we state the following plainly:

• We are not registered with SEBI to provide personalised investment recommendations for a fee, and we do not do so.
• We are not a Research Analyst registered under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Nothing on this site is a research report or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
• We are not a Portfolio Manager, a stock broker, a merchant banker, or a bank.
• We do not offer any assured return, guaranteed income, capital protection or principal-protected product, and we do not accept deposits from the public.
• We do not pool, hold or manage client funds. Every investment is made directly with the AMC, insurer or issuer in the investor's own name.

Calculators and illustrations

The calculators on this website compute results arithmetically from the assumptions you enter. They are illustrations, not projections, forecasts, promises or guarantees.

• They assume a constant rate of return, which no market-linked investment delivers in practice.
• They exclude exit loads, stamp duty, transaction charges, GST, TDS and income tax, all of which reduce actual outcomes.
• They cannot account for the sequence in which returns arrive, which materially affects results during any withdrawal phase.

Actual returns may be significantly higher or lower than any illustration, and may be negative.

Insurance, loans and deposits

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Insurance products are issued and underwritten by the respective insurance companies. Loans are sanctioned and administered by the respective banks and non-banking financial companies. Fixed deposits and bonds are issued by the respective companies, banks and issuers.

In each case, eligibility, premium, interest rate, terms, conditions, exclusions, waiting periods, repayment and claim or maturity settlement are governed entirely by the documents of that provider. Money Pathshala acts only as a distributor or referral point and has no authority over, and accepts no responsibility for, the decisions of any such provider.
